262 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Feb. 8, The bill entitled, an Act prohibiting the sale of liquor within five miles of Wolfsville, Frederick county; Was read. the third, time; And passed by yeas and nays as follow:
Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. A communication was received from His Excellency, Gov. Swann; Endorsed "Executive Business." Mr. Vickers submitted the following message: BY TUB SENATE, February 8th, 1866. Gentlemen of the House of delegates: We have received your message proposing to adjourn both Houses of the General Assembly at 12 o'clock this Thursday night, and concur therein. By order, C. HARWOOD, Secretary. Which, was read, assented to, and sent to the House of Delegates. On motion of Mr. Stephenson, The vote rejecting the Taill entitled, an Act incorporating the Cherrystone Navigation company; Was re-considered by yeas and nays as follow:
