260 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS. [Feb. 8,
The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered the follow-
ing bill to pay the Registers of voters;
Which was read the first time and referred to the commit-
tee on Finance.
The bill prohibiting the sale of liquors on the Fallstown
road of Harford county;
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading;
Read the third time, by special order, and passed by yeas
and nays as follow:
