Mr. Tome, from the committee on Finance, reported a bill entitled, an Act amending the Act in favor of enlisted soldiers; Which was read the second time, and by special order the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. Also, reported without amendment: The bill entitled, an Act in favor of W. Camden and David Fowler; Winch was read the second time, and by special order the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follow:
