SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the said Act of Assembly
passed at January Session eighteen hundred and
fifty-six, Chapter two hundred and fifty-seven, en-
titled an additional supplement to the Act entitled,
An Act incorporating the Master and Wardens of
Clinton Lodge number eighty-three, of Free and
Accepted Masons, for the purpose therein mention-
ed, passed at December Session eighteen hundred
and twenty-six, Chapter one hundred and forty-
three, be and the same is hereby re-enacted with-
out the requirement of the acceptance of the said
Act by the President of the said Company, in writ-
ing filed in the office of the Secretary of State, and
that William A. Vickers, be and he is hereby con-
stituted one of the Directors of said Company in
the place of James F. Gordon, who has removed
from Kent county, and that George W. T. Per-
kins, be and he is hereby appointed a Director of
said Company, in the place of Edward A. Moore,
deceased, and that the Second Section of said Act
which requires the acceptance of the President of
said Company, to be filed with the Secretary of
State, under the seal of said Company, be and the
same is hereby repealed. |
