AN ACT granting the assent of the Legislature
to a legacy bequeathed by a codicil to the last
will and testament of Charlotte E. Graham,
late of Cecil county, deceased, to the Trustees
of Zion Church, at Cecilton, in said county. |

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the assent of the Legislature
be, and is hereby given to carry into effect the be-
quest made in the codicil to the last will and tes-
tament of Charlotte E. Graham, late of Cecil
county, deceased, to the trustees of Zion Church,
Cecilton, in Cecil county. |

Sec. 2. And be it enacted. That this Act shall
take effect from its passage.

AN ACT to amend the Act of eighteen hundred
and fifty-six, Chapter two hundred and fifty-
seven, entitled an additional supplement to the
Act entitled, An Act incorporating the Master
and Wardens of Clinton Lodge number eighty-
three, of the Free and Accepted Masons, for the
purposes therein mentioned, passed at December
Session, eighteen hundred and twenty-six, Chap-
ter one hundred and forty-three, by appointing
two Directors, in the place of one removed, and
one deceased, and for repealing the Second Sec-
tion of said Act. |
