SUPERINTENDENTS REPORT.
To the Board of Managers of the House of Refuge;
GENTLEMEN:
The Superintendent respectfully reports that the who
number of children received into the Refuge since its open
ing. December 5th, 1855, is 1, 245 boys, and 225 girls; total,
1, 470.
Tile following tables will show the number received and
disposed of during the year, with important facts showing
the result of our operations:
