We have examined the Treasurer's accounts of Receipts
and Payments for 1866, and find them to agree with the
vouchers therefor, and a balance of Cash on December 31,
with Messrs. Alexander Brown & Sons, Bankers, of $3,052.22.
We have also examined the Invested Funds and find them
to agree with the statements of the Treasurer and the Secu-
rities named to be in his possession.
