Mr. Earle moved that the Senate adjourn;

FRIDAY, February 2d, 1866.
Mr. Turner presented a petition from citizens of Baltimore
against converting the city into a fire insurance company;
Which was read and referred to the Baltimore city Sena-
tors.
Mr. Tome presented the petition of citizens of Cecil county
in favor of the Boom bill;
Which was read and referred to the select committee.
Mr. Clarke presented the petition of citizens of Prince
George's county for a repeal of the Registry Law;
Which was read and referred to the committee on Elections.
