Mr. Billingsley, of St. Mary's, renewed it.
Mr. McMaster renewed his motion to lay it upon the table;
Determined in the negative.
Mr. McMaster submitted the following amendment:
Provided, the sum so expended shall not exceed two hun-
dred and fifty dollars;
Which was read and determined in the negative.
Mr. Eaton submitted the following amendment:
Provided, that the expenses of said committee shall not
exceed eight hundred dollars;
Which was read and determined in the negative.
Mr. McMaster submitted the following amendment:
Provided, the sum so expended shall not exceed five hun-
dred dollars;
Which. was read and determined in the negative.
