Said resolution was then sent to the House of Delegates.
Mr. Eaton submitted Joint Resolutions requiring the Ad-
jutant General to obtain a record of soldiers, &c,;
Which were read the first time.
Mr. Ohr submitted the following report:

Which was made the Order of the Day for Tuesday next,
at 7s o'clock, P. M.
On motion of Mr. Trail,
The vote on the Joint Resolution amending the Constitu-
tion, relating to the salary of the Lieutenant Governor, was
re-considered;
Mr. Trail moved to strike out $3,000 and insert $2,000;
Which was read and adopted.
The resolution was then read the third time and passed by
yeas and nays as follow:
