NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. The bill to repeal section two of article eighty-seven of General Law relating to sheep and dogs, Was read the second time. Mr. Vickers submitted the following amendment: Add to the fourth section, "Except in Incorporated. Towns which may impose a tax on dogs and bitches for corporate purposes;" Which was read and adopted. |
