District of Worcester county as to the right to registration
as a qualified voter of John R. Franklin, who was candidate
for Circuit Judge at the election in said county on the 7th of
November last? If yea, state what was your testimony be-
fore the said officers?

LIN, IN THE SAID MATTER, TO EPHRAIM K.
WILSON, GEORGE M. UPSHUR, GEORGE W. COV-
INGTON.
First Interrogatory. Did you or not hear, or have you
read the preceding deposition of George H. Richardson ? If
yea, have you or not any knowledge of the conversation with
E. R. Wilson, Esq., spoken of by Mr. Richardson ? If yea,
state your knowledge or recollection thereof.
Second. Have you any knowledge of the opinions of the
said John R. Franklin as generally expressed by him before
and during the rebellion upon the subject of secession? If
yea, state the same fully.
