Said bill was then reii;rn-'d to the House of Delegates.
Mr. Lansdale moved that the Senate adjourn.
Determined in the negative.
On motion of Mr. Clarke,
The Senate resumed the consideration of the point of order
raised by Mr. Tome this morning, on which he appealed
from the decision of the Chair.
On the question being taken,
Shall the decision of the Chair stand as the judgment of
the Senate?"
It was determined in the affirmative by yeas and nays are as
follow:
