Mr. McMaster submitted the following amendment:
Section 1, line 2, after the words, "sum of" strike out the
word "eight" and insert "one;"
Which was read.
The question upon its adoption was determined in the ne-
gative.
Mr. McMaster submitted the following amendment:
End of section 2, add, "Provided, That no part of said
money shall be paid by the treasurer until the other States
interested shall have paid their proportion of the cost of said
cemetery;"
Which was read.
