90 REVILL'S NECK, 5TH ELECTION DIST., ) December 29, 1865. \ James McClain, being duly sworn, deposeth and saith, that William Anadale is a registered and qualified voter in Election District No. 5, of Somerset County, Maryland; that he offered his vote on the morning of election, while the registered voters were voting; they, alleging that his chris- tian name, William, was left off from the copy from the register which they had before them, refused his vote. In the evening, however, Mr. Anandale voted for Thomas A. Spence, for Circuit Judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Maryland. JAMES McCLAIN. Test: CHAS. R. W. LONG. Written and attested by Chas.
