A bill to repeal section thirteen, of Article twenty-nine, of
the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the Inspection
of Records, and to re-enact the same with amendments;
Which was read the first time and referred to the commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.
A bill to provide for the changing of names by application
to the Judges of the several Circuit Courts of this state, and
of the Circuit Court of Baltimore city;
Which was read the first time and referred to the commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.
A bill to add an additional section to the twenty-eighth
article of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the
pay of County Commissioners, and to repeal all the sections
of the several articles of the Code of Public Local Laws re-
lating to the pay of County Commissioners ;
Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.
A bill to repeal sections sixteen and twenty-nine of Arti-
cle seventy-four of the Code of Public General Laws, relat-
ing to pilots, and re-enact the same with amendments ;
Which was read the first time and referred to the Balti-
more City Senators.
A bill to incorporate the United States Fire-and Marine
Insurance Company of Baltimore
Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.
A bill to authorize the South Baltimore Company to hold
land to the amount of five thousand acres, and to increase
its capital;
Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Corporations.
A bill to amend an act passed at January session, 1858,
chapter 410, entitled "An Act to incorporate the Mineral
Hill Mining Company of Maryland," by authorizing an in-
crease of capital and further remedies for the non-payment
of calls upon stockholders;
Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit -
tee on Corporations.
The bill supplementary to the Act of 1865, making addi-
tional appropriations to the Antietam National Cemetery;
Was read the third time.
