Julius F. K, Beauchamp, being duly sworn, deposeth and
saith, to the 8th and 9th interrogatories, that I am a regis-
tered and qualified voter in Election District No. 5, of Somer-
set County, Maryland, and did vote for Thomas A. Spence, at
said election, for Circuit Judge of the Twelfth Judicial Cir-
cuit of Maryland.
