December 26, 1865. \
G. Albert Waller, being duly sworn, deposeth and saith
to the 8th and 9th interrogatories, that I am a registered
and qualified voter in Election District No. 5, of Somerset
County, Maryland, and did vote for Thomas A. Spence, for
Circuit Judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Maryland ;
and that George B. Waller, Sr., my father, is also a quali-
fied voter in said district, and voted for Thomas A. Spence,
for Judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Maryland, I
having seen his tick,et at the time of voting.
