Dell; Reported it without amendment, and, It was read the second time. Also reported a bill entitled, an Act to amend the tenth section, of Article 2, of the Constitution of the State; Which was read the first time and referred to the commit- tee on Judicial Proceedings. Mr. Vickers, from the select, committee, reported a bill to repeal sundry sections of the act relating to the registry of voters, passed January, 1865 ; Which was read the first time, ordered to be printed and made the order of the day for Thursday next at 1 o'clock. On motion of Mr. Wells, Leave was granted the committtee on Judicial Proceedings to report a bill to authorize the Board of Trustees of All Saints' Church to transfer certain lands and buildings to the Board of Trustees of the Methodist. Protestant church of How- ard county. Mr. Clarke, from the committee on Invalid Deeds, to which .was referred the bill to authorize the commissioner of the Land Office to issue a patent of a tract of land, called St. Barts; Reported it without amendment; and it Was read the second time. Mr. Frazier, from the committee on Corporations, reported a bill entitled, an Act to authorize the Corsica Lodge, No. 18, of Ancient Free Masons ; Which was read the first time. Mr. Trail, from the select committee, reported a bill enti- tled, an Act to repeal sub section 2, of article 3 of General Laws, relating to births, marriages and deaths ; Which was read the first time. Mr. Frazier, from the committee on Corporations, reported a bill entitled, an Act to repeal 54th section of article 10 of local laws relating' to Dorchester county ; Which was read the first time.
