(47.) March 11th Coll William Coulborns last Will and Testament was then proved in Open Court 1689 Appraisors appointed for the said Estate were Capt. Robert King and mr. Jno: King 90 letters of Administration was likewise Ordered to be Issued out for ye Executor ~ James Price his Last Will and Testament proved in Open Court Appraisors then appointed. Capt. William. Coulborne and Benjamin Summors for the said Estate Ordered Letters of Administration Womoy: Oglaninins Last Will and Testament proved in Open Court. Letters of Administration likewise Ordered To the Worll Court holden the 11th day of March 89/90 The Petion of Ellin the Relique of Wonnoy Oglaninins deceased - - - - - - Sheweth that whereas by the Ordnance of Assembly in this Province at their last Sitting all persons are appointed to apply them selves unto the Severall County Courts in Order to probat of Wills, and whereas your Petioners husband deceased in this County of Somerset leaving his last Will and Testament, which was never yett proved your Petioner Craves that proof may be made thereof this Court, And your Petioner Shall as in duty bound pray &c. Which Petion was read and granted. - - - - - - Ellin: Ogalaminn Sheriffe retourns his pannel of List of Pettis Jury. whose Names are as followeth. Capt. William. Piper Samuel: Collins. Moarty: ffountain. Thomas Rolph Thomas: Tull. John: Strawbridge. George: Bossman. Miles: Grey. Thomas: Holbrook William: Harrid. William Alexander. Michael Holland. William Round. all being duely sworne upon the holy Evangelist. &c. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Wm: Butler agt. The humble Petion of Edmund Butler humbly Sheweth. Edw: Day That your Petioner was bound an Apprentice for and dureing the space and tearme of four years unto mr. Jefferey: Stritch of the Citty of Limbrick Mercts Comencing from the day of the arival of the Shipp Royall Oake. James:Baxter master unto the end and terms of four full years to be compleat and ended as doth and may appear by a certain Indenture under the hand of the sd Stritch and is here in Court produced which said terms and time the Petioner hath duely and truely Served with mr Edward: Day and have demanded my freedom with Corne and Clothes, but have been denyed and detained in the sd service Since the 14th. day of ffebry last past. Your Petioner Craves ye Worsp Order for his Corne and Clothes according to Law and your Petioner shall in duty bound pray The Judure wittnesseth that Edmund Butler by and wth his owne free will and Consent hath put his Selfe Apprentice, to James: Baxter Marryner and to his Admrs and Assigns with him or them after the manner of an Apprentice, to Serve in Maryland, Jamaica or any other part of America unto the full end and tearme of Six years, Comencing the first day of his Arivall their, and from thence for- fully to be compleated and ended by and dureing all which term of six years as aforesaid the sd Appr(entice) his sd Master or his Assigns well and truely shall Serve, and in all things as a good and faithfull Serva(nt) According to the Custom of the Country shall and behave him Selfe toward his said Master or his Assignes Serving the terme aforesaid and the sd James: Baxter and his Assigns shall find his said Apprentice meat drink and all other necessaryes Convenient for an Apprentice in his Capacity according |
