27 whatsoever free & freely acquitted exonerated & discharged of and from all former & other titles troubles Charges & incumbrances whatsoever had made done Committed or Suffered by him the Said Sampson Waters or by any other person or persons whasoever Lawfully having or Claiming or to Claime by from or under him or them the rents & Services from henceforth to grow due to to the Chiefe Lord or Lords of the fee or fees of the premisses for or in respect of his or their Seignory or Seignouries and Royal mines excepted & foreprized, And the Said Sampson Waters for him his heires executrs & administrators doth Covenant Promise & grannt to and with the Said John Parkinson that he y Said Sampson Waters his heires or assignes Shall & will from time to time and all times hereafter within the Space of five years next ensueing the Date hereof upon reasonable request and at the propr Cost and Charges in the Law of him the said John Parkinson his heires or assignes make doe acknowledge execute & Suffer or Cause & procure to be well & truly made done acknowledged executed and Suffered all & every Such further & other Lawfull & reasonable Act & Acts thing & things assurance & Conveyance in the Law whatsoever for the further more better assuering or Sure making of all or any - of the before bargained pr:misses or any part thereof as by him or them his or theire Learned Councell in the Law Shall be reasonable devised advised or required Soe as he or they are not Compelled or Compellable to Travell farther then to the Citty of St: Maries in the Province of Maryland aforesd: In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have interchangeable Sett their hands and Seales the day and year first above written / Signed Sealed & delivered in the Presence of us Samson Waters (seale) John James William Eedes Wm: Brereton James Dashiell Stephen Luffe Memorandum that this day to witt the Seaventeenth day of December 1689 Came before us the subscribed Two of their Maties Justices of the Peace Sampson Waters and did acknowledge the Moyety or halfe of the within mentioned one Thousand and Seaven hundred & fifty acres of Land & pr:misses as also the Moyety or halfe of the Stock upon the same to be the Right of him the within named John Parkinson & his heires & assignes for Ever And against him the Said Sampson Waters & his heires will for Ever warrant the Same / James Dashiell ffine? upon allienacon taken Stephen Luffe by me Wm: Brereton Sherife Intr: y 20th: day of December Annoq Dom: 1689 pr mee Edm: Beauchamp Cler Cur - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Maryland. June ye. 18th: 1688. These are to certifye all whom it doth or may concern that I William Coulborne Senior, doe freely give unto my Daughter Penelopie Colebo Holland and her Heirs for ever six Cows and six Cow Calves and all there increase, and also I freely give five Ewes and five Ewe lambs. furthermore I give unto my Daughter Penelopie: Holland four Sows and two barrows. and furthermore I freely give unto my Daughter Penelopie: Holland and for her Heirs for ever, one feather bed and bolster and one Rugg, and one Blankett, two peuther dishes and one peuther candlestick, and three plates, and furthermore I freely give to my aforesaid Daughter one Cann Iron Ketle, and furthermore I freely give unto my aforesaid Daughter, without any compulsion, given under my hand and seal this 18th. day of June. - - - - - Maryland June the twenty fourth.
