190 The aforesaid Complaints, Depentions, warrants and Recognizances being read in Court, to which the Said Teague Seemed very penitent and humble, likewise the wife of the said Teague viz Mary did humbly supplicate the worshipfull Court to remit the sd Teagues Crimes agt her comitted. The sd Teague promissing to amend his life, which being considered by the Court ye same was granted ~ But is the opinion of the said Court, that the said Teague Riggen hath broke his former Bonds, being bound to his good behaviour last March Court. Order past that the above said Teague Riggen Senior give Security for his good behaviour And whereupon Came the said Teague Rigin and by way of Recognizance in the sum of ten pounds sterling money. Major Ambrose London and mr Edward Jones in the Sum of five pounds of the like money acknowledged themselves to stand indebted to their Maties. to be leavyed upon ther goods Chatells & tenemts &c The Condition of which Recognizance is such that if the above bound Teague Riggen be of the good behaviour and abearance towards their Maties Leige People of this Province, th but more espetially to his said Wife Mary, that then this Obligation to be void and of none effect otherwayes to be and remain in full power, force and vertue. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Mr. William: Breretons last Will and Testamt. proved in Court by the Oath of John: Parsons Robert Crouch: and Nicholas: Tyler == Order Letters of Admrn: - - - - - - - - - - Capt.
