Memorandum that this day being the 30th day Aug. Came John. Tarr personally before me
and made Oath upon the holy Evangelists that he attend the Court in the Kings suit with James:
Minor
four dayes, And his man Christian: Harmon other four dayes, in all eight dayes and humbly
prayes the
worll. Court to grant an Order for the sd time signum.
Sworne before me the day above said Annoq Domi. 1690 Jno. JT Tarr

Samll. Hopkins Order granted
Memorandum that this day being the 9th day of September 1690 Came personally before
me Robert Johnson and made Oath that he attended this Court and upon his journey
going &
Coming in the Kings suit with Mr. Minor four dayes for which time Craves an Order
from
their worps. signum.

Sworne before me the day and year abovesaid Samll: Hopkins senr.
Order granted being likewise
made appearant in Court pr S: H }


Know all men by these presents that I Rebecca: Carroll. of Somerset County in ye Province
of Maryland in Consideration of the true and naturall affection, I have and bear to my
Children
John William Steven and ffisher Walton I give to each of them two Cows with all their
ffemale increase to be delivered as they come to age according to their ffathers will, which is
of
Sixteen years of age, and to Mary Carroll my Daughter two Cows with their female increase
when
she comes at age, and I give to my three youngest Sonns, that is to say William: Steven and
ffisher
Walton One Maer and Maer Colt now runing by her side with all their increase Male and
female
and to Jeane Mageson One Cow and a two year old heifer with their female increase as
witness
my hand this 13. day of Jann. 1689. Rebecca. Z Caroll

Memorandum That this day to witt ye 28th day of August 1690. Came
came personally before me William Cord and Abraham: Vansoldt wittnesses to the
abovesd Deed of guift and made Oath that they saw Rebecca Carroll sign the said
Deed acknowledging the same to be her act and deed, Sworne upon the holy
Evangelist
the day and year above sd, wittness my hand. Samll. Hopkins. - - - - - - - -
