Your humble Petioner. desires so much favour of this most worll. Court to Consider well of this
Crime
which is here laid to my Charge, first the word of God doth say that by the mouth of 2 or 3.
wittnesses
all things shall be established. And this wicked woman is a very bad liver, and that time that she doth
accuse
me she was runn away and broke up a mans house and stole away what she had a mind for, and
therefore I
desire this most Worshipfull Court, to consider whether she be a fitt person to Swear agt anyone or
no, and
so I rely my cause, first to God and then to the worll. bench. I rest your poor petioner
Mark Eares
