Order Likewise that the horse the sd Murrah brought to Court be delivered into the Custody of John: Johnson to be delivered to the Owner of the sd horse. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The said John: Johnson came with the sd Murrah and did confess himselfe to be indebted unto their Maties in the Sum of five pounds and Rich: Murrah in the Sum of ten pounds sterling money of England to be levyed on their goods and Chattels for their Maties: uses &c. pr Recog. The Condition of which Recognizance is Such yt if the above bound Rich: Murrah be of the good behaviour and abearance to al their Maties. Justices of the Peace for this County were - - - - - - - - - - bound over to answer their Maties what should be objected by William Milner of this County Cooper, at a County Court held the Second tuesday in August Their Maties Attorney Comes and sayes that the sd Sears and ffleetwood upon the second wedensday in June last past at the dwelling house of the sd Milner, in the sd Milnors absence, and in the night, The sd Milners house break into; the same did rifle, and out of the window, did felloniously pilfer, Steal and carry away eight gallons of Rum, one pair of blue linen drawers, and one knife, not having any fear of God before their eyes but wilfully watching the opportunity of the sd Milners absence to Robb and Rifle his house Steal and Carry away his goods, Contrary to the Statute in that Case made and provided therefore Craves that judgment my be entered agt the sd Sears and ffleetwood according to law.
