THE same members appeared as on yesterday, except
the honourable Charles Ridgely, of
Hampton, and William H. Dorsey, Esquires. A sufficient number
of members to compose
a senate not attending, the members present adjourn until Monday morning
10 o'clock.

THE same members appeared as on Saturday. The
honourable James Hollyday appeared in
the senate. A sufficient number of members to compose a senate not
attending, the members
present adjourn until to-morrow morning 10 o'clock.

THE same members appeared as on yesterday.
The honourable William H. Dorsey, Esquire,
appeared in the senate. A sufficient number of members to compose
a senate being present,
the proceedings from Friday, November 25, to this day, were read.
The president communicates to the senate a letter
from his excellency the governor, addressed to
both branches of hte legislature, acknowledging the receipt of the answer
to his address; which was
read, and sent to the house of delegates by the clerk.
The memorial and petition of the proprietors of hte
Susquehanna canal, praying that the time for
completing hte same may be extended, that the number of shares may
be increased to fifty, and suggesting
the propriety of the state's taking the additional twenty shares, or
so many thereof as to the
said state may seem expedient, a resolution of the said proprietors,
and a map of the said river,
with an explanation thereof by Mr. Varlé, the engineer, was
read and referred to the consideration
of the house of delegates, and sent thither by the clerk.
The clerk of the house of delegates delivers to the
clerk of the senate the following bills, to
wit: A bill, entitled, An act to lay out certain roads, and authorising
certain public landings, in
Worcester county, thus endorsed; " By the house of delegates, November
