As I was about to say a moment ago, we
seem to have reversed the trend of a few
days ago, unfortunately, and now have not
one, but twelve new proposals.
Before reading those, let me call to your
attention that the committee recommenda-
tions for your convenience are printed on
blue paper. We now have two of these, one
introduced yesterday, and the Committee
Recommendation SF-1 is being distributed
by the pages at this moment.
