Delegate Powers will shortly move for
adjournment until noon tomorrow. This
will give you until noon to prepare amend-
ments with respect to all reports other than
those which you have heretofore received.
The Chair assumes that any amendments
desired with respect to Committee Recom-
mendations R&P-1 and R&P-2 have already
been prepared. They will be the first items
on the agenda at noon tomorrow. They will
be followed by Committee Recommendations
JB-3, EB-1 and 2, LB-1, 2 and 3, and then
the various "GP" recommendations in that
order.

DELEGATE JAMES: Will you repeat
that, please. I would like to write it down.
THE PRESIDENT: The agenda will
start with the consideration of Committee
Recommendations R&P-1 and R&P-2. Fol-
lowing that will be Committee Recommen-
dation JB-2. Following that will be Com-
mittee Recommendation EB-1 and EB-2.
Following that will be Legislative Branch
Recommendations LB-1, LB-2 and LB-3.
Following that will be a long series of
short recommendations of the Committee on
General Provisions. These will include all
provisions in the Constitution proper, not
including the schedule of transitional pro-
visions.
For what purpose does Delegate Kiefer
rise?
DELEGATE KIEFER: Mr. President,
we did not consider R&P-1 and R&P-2, I
understand, because there was to be a cor-
rected report, and we have not seen that
corrected report.
Can you give us some light on that?
THE PRESIDENT: The Chair was in
error in stating that the report would be
reprinted. There were several corrections,
but they can be made orally. They are only
to change the word "provide" to "pre-
scribe" and I think one typographical
error. The report which had to be re-
printed was the one which we have just
considered.
Any announcements necessary to be made
by the committee chairmen?

DELEGATE BOYER: Mr. President, I
again would like to remind committee mem-
bers of General Provisions that there will
be a very important meeting tomorrow
morning at 9:30 A.M. in committee head-
quarters.

THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Dulany.
DELEGATE DULANY: Mr. President,
the Committee on Public Information will
meet tomorrow morning at 11:00 A.M.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Mudd.
DELEGATE MUDD: Can the Chair ad-
vise whether the schedule for committee
pictures is as circulated for tomorrow?
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Dulany, do
you happen to know what the picture
schedule is? Does the meeting at 12:00
noon interfere with any of them?
DELEGATE DULANY: I think the pic-
ture schedule can be rearranged without
any difficulty. Perhaps we can notify the
committee chairmen the first thing in the
morning.
THE PRESIDENT: We will endeavor
to do that. We would like to complete the
pictures tomorrow morning if possible.
Delegate Penniman.
DELEGATE PENNIMAN: There will
be a meeting of the Committee on Style,
Drafting and Arrangement at 11:30 A.M.
tomorrow.
THE PRESIDENT: They are taking a
vacation.
Delegate Mudd.
DELEGATE MUDD: May I ask all mem-
bers of the Committee on Judicial Branch
to assemble in room H-9 at 11:30 A.M.
tomorrow morning?
THE PRESIDENT: Any other an-

DELEGATE DULANY: Since so many
pictures have been scheduled around noon
or shortly thereafter, perhaps we can have
the photographer in the building from
11:30 A.M. until noon, and if the committee
members will be available we can arrange
to have the pictures taken between 11:30
A.M. and noon, and I will contact the com-
mittee chairmen to set up a schedule with
them.
