10 o'clock in the Committee Room in the Shaw House.

THE PRESIDENT: The Committee on Legislative

DELEGATE GALLAGHER: Mr. President, the Committee

on the Legislative Branch will not meet after the full

session here this afternoon as originally announced, but

9

will meet tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. in the Committee

10

Room.

THE PRESIDENT: The Committee on the Executive

Branch, Delegate Morgan.

DELEGATE MORGAN: Mr. President, the Committee

on the Executive Branch was scheduled to meet this after-

15

noon right after the Convention adjourned. Because of

16

the meeting of the committee chairmen, it will have to

17

go on without me, and I will ask one of the other members

18

of the Committee to chair the Committee in my absence.
