THE PRESIDENT: The Committee on Local Govern-

ment, Delegate Moser.

DELEGATE MOSER: Mr. President, the Committee

on Local Government will reconvene at 3:15 this afternoon

in its meeting rooms, which incidentally are the offices

occupied by the Senate Finance Committee on the first

10

floor of the Court of Appeals Building, for those dele-

11

gates who may wish to attend the meetings.

THE PRESIDENT: Committee on State Finance

and Taxation.

DELEGATE SHERBOW: Our Committee meeting which

15

is scheduled to take place this afternoon will continue

16

as scheduled, and I will ask Mr. Case if he will take

17

over the meeting this afternoon and get out the schedule

18

of meetings with witnesses that we have set for next week.

We are hopeful, Mr. President, that we will have an ad-

20

ministrative assistant very soon. We feel in need very much
