THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Moser?
DELEGATE MOSER: Mr. President, the Committee
on Local Government will meet tomorrow morning at 9:50 a.m.
and will then hear from Mayor Roger Moyer of Annapolis
and other witnesses.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Kiefer?
DELEGATE KIEFER: Mr. President, the Committee
on Personal Rights and The Preamble will meet immediately
after this meeting to hear from Professor Tomlinson of
the University of Maryland. Tomorrow morning at 10:00
o'clock, we have with us Mr. LeRoy Clarke of New York City,
another Constitutional lawyer who will speak to us on
the area of due process and equal protection.
Mr, President, I want to take this opportunity
to apologize to those delegates who came over to our
Committee hearing yesterday afternoon prepared to testify
or speak on behalf of the various proposals. I know
Delegate White and Delegate Borom and Delegate Chabot were
there. There may have been others. We ran into a problem.
Some delegates were able to speak. We had intended the |
