THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Gallagher?
DELEGATE GALLAGHER: Mr. President, the Com-
mittee on the Legislative Branch will meet this afternoon
at 5:00 o'clock to hear the Honorable J. Glenn Beall, Jr.,
the Minority Leader of the House; Mr. Howard E. Denniss,
President of the Young Republicans. I would urge all the
members to be present because there is one other important
matter we would like to take up at 3:00 o'clock. Thank you.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Mudd?
DELEGATE MUDD; Mr. President, the Committee
on the Judicial Branch will meet again this afternoon at
5:00 o'clock, at which time we have the privilege of
hearing from Chief Judge Thomas J. Curley, and Associate
Judge, Robert Hiss of the People's Court of Anne Arundel
County.
Tomorrow morning we resume hearings at 10:00
o'clock, at which time we will consider Delegate Proposals
No. 169 and 170 by Delegates Bennett and Beachley. At
11:00 o'clock we will consider Delegate Proposal 115 by
Delegate Fornos; and at noon we have the privilege of
nearing from Judge Wilson K. Barnes of the Court of Appeals. |
