delegates to speak first and then Mr, Mazer who came from
Baltimore City to follow up. However, after he arrived,
it was learned he had to be back to Baltimore for a hear-
ing of his Commission, and because he had been invited by
members of our Committee especially to come down, we
were sort of in a jam. I want to assure every delegate
that even though we have eighty-eight proposals before
this Committee, we want everyone to feel that they have
an opportunity to come and tell us what they have on their
minds with respect to their proposals. If we get into a
jam, you will just have to bear with us,everyone
knows the limited amount of time we have, but we do want
you to know, we want to be patient, understanding and
give everybody the full opportunity to be heard. So if
you get inadvertently overlooked, please contact us.
THE PRESIDENT: Any further announcements by
committee chairmen? Delegate Fornos?
DELEGATE FORNOS: Mr. President, last June most
of us spent three very lovely and enjoyable days at Goucher
College, and I would like to take this opportunity to
recognize the presence of forty young ladies from that
