DELEGATE MORGAN: Mr. President, the Committee
on the Executive Branch will meet tomorrow morning at 9:30
o'clock. We are going to have hearings on the earlier
delegate proposals.

Murphy who joined with Mr. Vecera on 168; Mr. Byrnes,
Delegate Byrnes, on Proposals No. 59 and 217, and Delegate
Henry Boyles, on his Proposal No. 165.
