DELEGATE KOSS: Mr. President, the Committee

on Suffrage and Elections will hold a Committee meeting

tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock, and Fralay at 9:30. I

would like to announce that Senator Brewster, who was

9

scheduled to appear this morning, was unable to because of

10

a crucial vote in the Senate. We rescheduled him for

11

9:30 tomorrow morning. I would like at this point also

12

to announce that the Committee will meet at 1:00 o'clock

13

on Monday. I would like to urge all the delegates who

14

have introduced proposals that have been referred to our

15

Committee to please respond to the invitation we issued

16

you to come and discuss your proposals with us. Thank you.
