of Parole, and Senator James Pine, of Baltimore City, who
is representing the Legislative Liaison Committee.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Sherbow?
DELEGATE SHERBOW: Mr. President, the Committee
on State Finance and Taxation will continue its hearings
this afternoon at 4 o'clock, at which time members of the
Legislature will be heard on the subject of the budget.
Other members of the Legislature will be invited to attend
other hearings, probably to be held next week on this and
other subjects relating to the financial aspect of govern-
ment.
There will be hearings tomorrow, Friday and
next week, all of which will be posted, so that the dele-
gates will have ample notice, and so will the public.
THE PRESIDENT: Any other announcements by
committee chairmen? Delegate Boyer?
DELEGATE BOYER: Mr. President, the Committee
on General Provisions will continue the deliberations and
hopefully conclude tomorrow the phase of higher education.
