Colleges. That will be fifteen minutes after the adjourn-
ment of this meeting. Tonight at 7:30, we had scheduled
Dr. Leo Pfefer, of Long Island University. Of course,
all delegates are invited to any of the meetings that we
have, but after consultation with Delegate Kiefer, Chair-
man of his Committee, we particularly invite tonight the
members of the Personal Rights and Preamble Committee.
Tomorrow morning we will hear from Dr. Robert
Lamborne, Headmaster of the McDonogh School, Dr. Wesley
Dorn, Advisory Council of Higher Education, and from
Dr. Harry Bard,who is the President of the Community
Colleges' Presidents' Association.

THE PRESIDENT: Any further announcements by
committee chairmen? Any other announcements?
DELEGATE SCANLAN: Mr. President, the Rules
Committee will meet at noon tomorrow to consider Resolution
No. 11, which was introduced today, to consider a report
from the Subcommittee on Recommendations with respect to
Motion No. 2, as amended by the sponsors, in their
appearance before our Committee and to consider whether
