a provision which would provide for reimbursement of
those defense funds expended by a person indicted by
the State and found innocent at the end of his trial.

MR.QUILLEN: Delegate Proposal No. 192, by
Delegate Finch. A proposal that the Constitution contain
a provision allowing the State to issue registered
trademarks, service marks, and collective marks in a
manner similar to that provided by the interstate
commerce clause of the United States Constitution, and
pertinent federal and state statutes, in order to promote
and protect business enterprises.
