Convention Budget be recommitted to the Committee on
Rules, et cetera, and that the committee promptly
report to this Convention at a time fixed by the Committee
on Calendar and Agenda, both with respect to the Fourth
Report, and with respect to the Clark Resolution, which
was circulated to the delegates today.

DELEGATE WHITE: Mr. President, I wonder
if one of the proposers of this particular motion, of
the proposed amendment, would briefly give us the
difference between the original resolution and the
proposed amendment, in order that I may vote on the
pending motion more intelligently.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate White, the Chair
is now in doubt. Do you want substitute proposed by
Delegates J. Clark, James and E. J. Clarke, summarized
for you?
