DELEGATE SCANLAN: Delegate Schneider,
doesn't the next sentence I agree the word aria or
the word "or" are words that carry with them
ambiguity. I am not sure whether your amendment would
clarify it for me.
In any event, doesn't the last sentence
make perfectly clear what is stated, for the purpose
of this deduction a delegate shall not be considered
to have incurred an unexcused absence on any day
that the delegate is in attendance at any session of
the Convention or meeting of any authorized committee
or sub-committee.
DELEGATE SCHNEIDER: I agree that makes
it clear. I don't see any reason for having a line
which I believe is long just because the last line
will clear it up.
