DELEGATE SCHNEIDER: It has come to my attention,
Mr. President, that the wording in 70(b) does not
exactly express the meaning as put forth by the committee.
The wording says that you shall be docked or deducted
$15 for each day of unexcused absences from sessions of
the Convention, or from meetings of authorized committees
or sub-committees. It seems to me it should read,
"and," to carry the meaning as put forth by the committee
and I would move to strike the word "or" after Convention
and committees and substitute the word "and."
