any objection, the stylistic amendment just suggested

THE PRESIDENT: Hearing none, the resolution

is amended so as to substitute for the word resolution
|

|
wherever it appears in the body of the proposal, the
|

|
word "regulation."

DELEGATE SCANLAN: The second proposed committee

amendment is substantive. It is the one to which I
|

|
adverted earlier, namely, the suggestion of Delegate
|
15
|
Morgan that in the last line of Page 4, Section 7, of
|

|
the proposed regulation, dealing with contingent compen-
|
17
|
sation, the last line thereof, now reading "contingent
|
18
|
upon such adoption or defeat," be eliminated, and
|
19
|
that there be substituted for the language reading
|

|
"that is determined" --
