manner in which he would report, I believe, is covered

by proposed Section 5, Mr. Gleason, especially the

3

second paragraph thereof; reading, an agent who has been

4

engaged or hired for an additional purpose by the person,

5

firm, corporation, association, political subdivision,

6

or agency of the State of Maryland, or of any other

7

political subdivision for whom he acts as agent, shall

8

report among his receipts that part of his fee, salary,

9

or other compensation reasonably allocable for the

10

performance of his duties as agent, and shall state the

11

basis for the allocation.

I regard him -- with the permission of the

13

presiding officer, the President, Mr. Bamberger was

14

Chairman of our sub-committee and I wouldn't want to

15

misstate any of the details of this. That is how I

16

read it.

clarification of what that other purpose was.
