all I would like to complain that I think there may be

some members of the Convention who are under the impres-

sion, that either Mrs. Gill or myself are going to start

having to work our influence on this Convention because

our microphone is missing. Secondly, if I might ask

the chairman of the Rules Committee, let's take a

|
hypothetical case of a regular employee of a corporation
|
11
|
who is hired for public relations in the ordinary
|
12
|
course of his duties, and the Convention now being
|
13
|
in session, the executive vice president of that
|
14
|
corporation tells that particular employee, get up to
|
15
|
Annapolis and start working your influence on a
|
16
|
particular aspect or a particular piece of legislation,
|
17
|
or proposal before the Convention.

|
Would such a person be included in those
|
19
|
engaged for a salary to promote a matter pending before
|
20
|
the Convention?
