THE PRESIDENT: Thank you. Delegate Gallagher?
DELEGATE GALLAGHER: Mr. President, the Com-
mittee on the Legislative Branch has scheduled its vice-
presidential election on Monday at 2.
THE PRESIDENT: Vicechairman. Is there any
similar announcement by committee chairmen? Delegate
Powers?
DELEGATE POWERS: The Committee on Calendar
and Agenda will hold its meeting on Friday, one half hour
before the session for the purpose of electing a vice-
president, among other things.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Kiefer?
DELEGATE KIEFER: Mr. President, the Committee
on Personal Rights and The Preamble will elect a vice-
chairman immediately after this meeting.
THE PRESIDENT: Are there further such announce-
ments by the committee chairmen? If not, I wanted to
repeat one statement that was made before the Committee
on Rules yesterday, having to do with the matter of public
relations.
