as many as possible of the delegates speak to various
groups in their own localities. We have received a number
of requests for somebody to speak on the work of the
Constitutional Convention, and wherever possible, we
would like to have the delegate or delegates from that
area undertake this additional assignment. We realize
that in some instances it would be an inconvenience and
a burden, but it is a very important part of the work of
the Convention, and we hope that when the request is for-
warded to you that you will accept. If, for some reason,
you cannot, please notify the Information Service promptly
so that someone else can be scheduled.
Similarly, we are trying to interest the TV
stations in operating a service of TV programs at regular
intervals to interest the public in the work of the Con-
vention, and in this area, too, we would like to have
participation by delegates. If we succeed, it will take
some time to work out. We will notify you and try to
work out some arrangements.
