DELEGATE MORGAN: Mr. Chairman, I just wanted
to announce that the Committee on the Executive Branch is
meeting this afternoon at three o'clock. We have two
witnesses this afternoon; the first of which is Mr.
John Lauber, and tomorrow morning we are going to meet
and choose a vice-chairman.
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Sherbow.
DELEGATE SHERBOW: Mr. President, the Committee
on State Finance and Taxation announces the election of Mr.
Richard W. Case as Vice-Chairman of this Committee. The
committee will continue its hearings tomorrow morning
in connection with matters relating to the state bond
issues.
THE PRESIDENT: Any further announcements by
committee chairmen? Delegate Scanlan?
DELEGATE SCANLAN: Mr. President, the Rules
Committee will meet right after this session to consider
the adoption of the committee on public information, the
question of excused absences and considering a rule to
fill vacancies should they occur.
