DELEGATE STERN: I wish to be recorded as
present.
THE PRESIDENT; Any other Delegates absent at
roll call who desire to record their presence?
DELEGATE VECERA: Mr. President, I would like to
make a motion at this time that we form an entertainment
committee for the purpose of having at least one social
affair at this great convention.
THE PRESIDENT: I hope you would think it is
proper for me to rule that that motion is out of order.
Is there a second to Delegate Vecera's motion?

Is there any discussion? Are you ready for the
question? The question arises on the motion that there be
formed an entertainment committee to make arrangements
for at least one social affair during this convention.
