has been called to the fact that someone else was trying
to get the attention of the Chair.

THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Taylor.
DELEGATE TAYLOR: Mr. President, the Personal
Rights Committee was concerned about finding the fifty
Constitutions of other states, and one of our members
asked about forty Constitutions. I wonder if the Conven-
tion has available the Constitutions of the other states,
or if they are available?
THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Taylor, I don't think
that the Commission has the complete text of the Constitu-
tion of every state. However, it has a number of copies
of a publication called the Index to the State Constitu-
tions, which have been placed in the library of the
Convention. This is an index digest of the provisions of
all state Constitutions arranged by subject matter, and I
think you will find in it just about the answer to every |
