THE PRESIDENT: Delegate Boyer?
DELEGATE BOYER: Mr. President, the Committee
on General Provisions will meet immediately after the
session and will hear testimony from our witnesses who
are plentiful, until possibly six-thirty. We will adjourn
for dinner and come back to work until some indefinite
time this evening. I am just tentatively giving the schedule
so we can conduct ourselves accordingly. We will again
meet tomorrow morning at ten o'clock and continue hearing
deliberations receiving contributions from the many witness
we have on this phase of education "constitutional recog-
nition."

THE PRESIDENT: Any other announcements by
Committee chairmen? If not, are there any delegates
present who were not present at roll call who desire to
